For your appointments, please arrive 5 minutes early to ensure your session starts on time. If, for any reason, we are unable to honor your appointment or if your wait exceeds 20 minutes past the scheduled time, we will provide a gift card for your next visit.

We do not require a deposit because we believe making an appointment is a privilege. However, repeated no-shows may result in losing this privilege. If you are late for your appointment, your session may be canceled, shortened, or adjusted to a shorter session based on our availability.

We accept all forms of payment. Please note that all card transactions incur a flat transaction fee of $2. We kindly prefer cash payments, especially for tips.

Simply bring your stamp card with you whenever you visit us. If you forget to bring it, we won’t be able to issue a stamp retroactively. For parties of two or more, each person will receive their own stamp card, and only one stamp can be earned per person per day. Stamps can be combined if earned on different dates. We do not keep a record of your visits, so please make sure not to lose your card.
